Robert has big plans!

Robert joined our Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program with a goal: returning to the transport industry while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

With the dedicated guidance of his facilitator Ramesh, Robert built a tailored resume and cover letter, strengthened his digital literacy skills, and gained confidence in applying for roles that align with his future plans.
